In my free time, I like to play and create music. I have been playing piano for something like 25 years, and singing almost as long. I also occasionally pick up a guitar (only when no one is around, though…)

I also recently released my debut solo album, “The Outer Planets!” This project is a 12-track, electronic instrumental album that I composed in the summer of 2021. It features spacey synths, punctuated by classical piano musings, some interesting time signatures and rhythmic devices and motifs, and even makes use of real data collected by actual NASA spacecraft! Starting from Earth's moon and moving 'outward', away from the Earth, each outer planet has its own tune, with additional tunes for two of my favorite moons, and even one for the asteroid belt, and the as of yet undiscovered Planet 9...(we will find it, I promise you.)
